Cancellation Policy
What you can cancel-- Normal consumer orders that have not shipped yet.

What you Cannot cancel-- Any special or custom orders, any bulk orders of ten or more units, any wholesale orders, any corporate gifting orders, & orders that have shipped.

Return Policy
If there is any issue with your order or how it arrived upon shipment please let us know immediately at info@franksteil.com so we can work with you to rectify the problem. On normal consumer orders If you have buyers remorse for whatever reason we will accept returns in new condition, in original packaging materials, for 2 weeks past order receipt. shipping costs to you will not be refunded. Additionally return shipping will be at your expense-, we can issue a return label if you want and subtract that amount from your refund amount as well. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned order. We cannot accept returns on any special or custom orders, any bulk orders of ten or more units, any wholesale orders, any corporate gifting orders, or on any international orders.
